All orders for livestock are on a pro-forma or COD basis.
Pricing and availability
We regularly produce availability lists which are sent out via email, when placing an order if any items that you have ordered are out of stock we will notify you within 1 working day.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
For coral deliveries we use an overnight courier service or a same day delivery service with our own staff and vehicle. Prices for delivery depend on order volume, delivery location and delivery method.
This website contains a catalogue of the species that we regularly have in stock, for further detail on our current stock availability please contact us.
Livestock will be delivered to your registered business address unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that to change a delivery address once your order has been despatched is chargeable.
The contract between us is only created once we send you the products you ordered and not before.
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 working days of receipt. You must return the goods to us in it’s original condition in line with our Returns Policy. We must receive the goods within 21 days of the notice of cancellation during which time you are responsible for any loss or damage. Once received in its original condition we will refund the purchase price less the original carriage and packing charges.
Corals must be returned in the condition in which they are received. If you are returning corals to us then you must contact us on the day of delivery and provide photographs of the corals in their shipping containers on the day of delivery.

If there is a problem with any coral delivered you must contact us on the day of delivery and provide photographs of the coral still in it’s shipping container by 6pm on the day of delivery. Claims without photographs or of corals that have been removed from shipping bags will not be considered. We may ask you to return the coral at our own discretion. If a claim is upheld then we will either send you a replacement or refund the value of the coral.
Goods have to be returned to us at your expense. It is important that you obtain proof of posting as the goods are your responsibility until they are received by us. We cannot refund postage for goods returned for any other reason and we reserve the right to deduct our original postage cost and a restocking fee from any refund applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
We retain customer information solely to fulfil orders and to ensure successful delivery. Customer information is not disclosed to any other third parties. Credit card transactions are handled via secure services provided by Globalpay/HSBC and Paypal. We ensure security of data transmitted using SSL, which encrypts information during transmission. Reefworks complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) mandate and is registered with a Qualified Security Assesor (QSA).
Limitation of liability
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction.
